The XLF-207 Laminar is a Czech experimental glider designed by Rudy Letov and built around 1951.

It was the first European full size glider with laminar airfoil and the second around the World.

Technical Details:

Wingspan: 4400mm (173.2 in.)

Length: 1840mm (72.4 in.)

Wing airfoil: HQ3,0-13 (root) and HQ3,0-10

Empty Wt.: 4200g (147.4 oz)

Wing area: 131 sq.d. (2030.5 sq.in.)

Functions: Rudder, Elevator, Ailerons, Split Flaps, Tow release, Spoilers

Comes with original colors.

Fiberglass fuselage. Foam core wings with balsa sheeting.

In between a layer of fiberglass & resin with carbon fiber reinforcements.

Cured all under pressure for a light weight and extremely strong set of wings.

Fiberglass reinforced wing leading edge.

Wings are then finished with a layer of SolarFilm cover.

Split flaps.

Transparent canopy bubble with frame.
